Wendell Estate Ice Honey is 100% raw honey without high heat treatment and keeps its integrated nutritional ingredients. Wendell Estate Ice Honey applies mature honey containing no more than 17.8% water so that it’s pure and naturally creamy in which the flavor and aroma are well preserved compared to those of commercially processed honeys.

Pure Honey Source
Wendell Estate Ice Honey is from natural wild flowers in the primeval forest in MB. Primeval forest, numerous rivers, and pure air provide honey bees with massive pure feeding area.
Unique Curative Effects
The special light sandy soil breeds massive alfalfa and clover. The two flowers possess special features, such as homeostasis, anti-inflammation, liver protection, and anti-cough.
Low Temperature Treatment
Low temperature treatment keeps many of healthful organic compounds and substances in honey, such as natural enzymes, amino acid, and vitamin.

1) After it sets up, the honey is transferred to frozen storage facility where it will maintain its freshness indefinitely.
When Wendell Estate Honey leaves storage facility it is as fresh as the day it was harvested.
2) It is not necessary for raw honey to label “best before date” or “expire date “ to sell on Canada , as CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) Policy.
The best storage is in the refrigerator (~2°C – 10°C) to indefinitely in a freezer (<0°C).
3) If you find that your honey is too hard, you can stir (knead or “disturb”) it with a strong spoon for a moment and it will become much softer.
Or you can warm it gently by placing the jar in a warm (25°C – 35°C) water bath for about 30-60 minutes.
4) Keep in mind that don’t keep the honey exceeded 40°C.
